splatterlink - world of nixon


	a world beyond the glow of the eternal explosion of rome... a world where the prophet NIXON rules merica with an iron fist. because the project happens to be my own, i decided to interview myself, for i believe that it is definately splatterlinkworthy. what is the world of nixon? the world of nixon is another realm. there are twenty-seven nixon-worlds in existance, maybe we are currently living on one, for all we know. the site allows one to wonder through shards of texts and scripts detailing this strange and haunting place - if you can find the links, that is. how did you get the inspiration for the world of nixon? the world of nixon is based on several surrealistic movie scripts i have written. originally, nothing connected them except for their style and atmosphere, but i soon noticed NIXON and the eternal explosion of rome began to repeatedly take hold of my muse. these elements seemed to come alive, so i expanded them into a world of their own, a world where all and any of these stories could take place in. i love postindustrial decay. it is a kind of natural beauty caused by the relics of our own creation. overgrown buildings with cracked windows, old train-tracks leading to nowhere. a man standing nearby, dressed in winter clothing and a gas mask. many of the pages are written in script form. why is this so? this is because they are actually taken from old movie scripts i've written, cut up and randomly pasted across my site. i choose unusable, unfilmable scripts to recycle here, so they can at least see the light of day in some way. other texts are new, and have been written specifically for the site. thoughts seem to pass through me easily in that style of writing. other texts come from the world of nixon themselves, and have only been edited for clarity. what happened to australia? what is an australia? what do you hope to achieve with the world of nixon? i just hope that some people visit it and are intrigued enough to navigate themselves through the texts. i am not a storyteller in the traditional sense - i do not compose a story from beginning to end and set it before you to eat. i like to create "shards" of people's lives, and let you do with them as you will. hopefully, you will be entertained, or at least confused. tell us a little about the creator of the world of nixon. there is a chronicler on the world of nixon, a script-writer, whose name is xeno-parsecules the potentially fourth. he writes tales which seem to echo throughout the dimensions, and turn imagination into uttermost reality. he is the god-creator of the chain people, summoned from the uttermost pits. i am his double. i create differant works and play around with thought ideas, but very few of them ever reach fruitation. world of nixon has been a playground for me in that respect, a place for me to place old orphan ideas in an online environment where i could play with the concepts of linking and connecting disparate things in new creative ways. what plans do you have for the future? the world of nixon is more or less finished at this time, at least in its online presence. i still have some texts that i wish to finish based off of it mileau, but right now i am concentrating on new styles, new concepts which better fit my current station of life.
